BODIES FOR LIFE MISSION
At B4L we understand members goals are personal and programs have to be as dynamic as the members who we work with. The B4L fitness program is built to strengthen you physically and mentally. We personalize each encounter by identifying personal fitness goals and recognizing challenges that interfere with our clients growth. B4L trainers encourage eating habits that correspond to fitness goals, engage in communication that keep clients motivated and accountable, and set standards based on our core values that enhances the lifestyles of our clients. Our trainers are nationally certified, offering a wide assortment of skills that we incorporate in group fitness and personal training. The assessment test and routine post-assessment test allows B4L trainers to keep up with client progression so they can develop workouts that advance as client strength increases.
MEET HEAD TRAINER
CHAS MORGAN
Chas Morgan is the founder and head trainer of Bodies For Life (B4L) Fitness. His passion for fitness came after a tragic car accident he was involved in. This near-death experience left him with a broken neck and nerve damage on his entire right side. While recovering in the hospital for two months, he was in a severely weakened state and lost 30 pounds. For the next year he struggled through physical therapy to relearn how to write and walk. During this time, Chas discovered his passion for fitness as he fought to strengthen his body and mind; Learning about the human body and the importance of building the mental capacity to exert strength during moments of frailty. He now aims to get everyone in the survival mindset and reach new peaks physically and mentally. As a personal trainer, he helped his clients meet their best selves and overcome challenges that allowed them to develop a healthy and proactive lifestyle. ​
